To take part in the Jersey to New Jersey Race. Travelling a quickly as possible, within the rules of the race to Travel Bug Train Stop - GCMHE8 A set of the rules are attached to the bug itself.
Jersey Surfer is a purple surf board with flowers and stripes (very fetching it is too) attached to a travel bug dog tag. It would initially like to take part in the Jersey to Jersey race. We will then rethink his journey. Rules of the race are: The starting cache will be Portlet. TBs must travel from cache to cache with a cacher and not be sent via post or other method once the race has started. The finish will be Travel Bug Train Stop GCMHE8. The first TB to reach this cache wins. The TB will be verified as in the cache by one of a team of NJ volunteer cachers. Progress can be viewed at the TB race website:
