Isabelle wants to travel to any place where she can see other animals. Dog parks, zoos, pet stores or any caches where animals might be there. She would love to have you share pictures of her adventures!

Description
This is the third annual WGA Picnic to Picnic TB Race. It will start at the WGA Fall Picnic event at Kettle Moraine State Forest - Lapham Peak Unit on September 19, 2014 and will continue until September 12, 2015. That should be a week or two before the 2015 Fall Picnic event which should give us enough time to tally the scores.
You can check the race standing here, as well as reading frequent updates on the WGA website (http://www.wi-geocaching.com). There is sure to be some bragging and trash talk on the forums. Stop in and brag about your own racing TB.
Prizes will be determined later and listed on the WGA website.
Rules that were added by race organizer
1. Only the FIRST move by a single cacher will be counted for miles. (No "dipping" for miles.)
2. Travel bugs must be released into the wild. (No "discover only" travelers)
3. The main reason for this race is to have fun. Please don't spoil it by trying to find a way to "beat the system".
4. Bragging in the WGA website forums is allowed and encouraged.
Please do not keep me, I need to travel the world meeting new people and animals.

I stumbed upon the fact that Two Falls For The Price Of One cache was unfound for 3 years and the last finder dropped a handful of TBs, one of those being yours. I went out looking for it, but after 2 hours of searching, I did not find the container, just a log sheet as the tree the container should have been in. Sorry to tell you your TB is now missing.
