Current Goal

This Travel Bug is in a race against all the other travel bugs that were handed out to camping attendees of PIRATEMANIA 9 (or those who purchased them at the swag stall ) and the winner will be the TB with the greatest mileage .

There are some rules however and the most important one is that the TB's in the race haven't to be “dipped” into caches, they can only be dropped off (i.e. no visited logs onto any caches while you have hold of it). This is to prevent unscrupulous pirates from jetting all over the world dipping them here there and every where just to get an unfair advantage .

Strict rules here and any Travel Bug that has broken the rules will be excluded:

1. The TB must travel to Physical caches of a size greater than a Micro film pot.

2. A cacher moving a TB MUST only move it from one cache to another.. No "Dipping" to achieve distance.. Cachers may only move a certain TB

Racing Heart

One of many trackable items racing with each other to see which can gain the most mileage before next years PIRATEMANIA (not organised yet, details to follow ).

This PIRATEMANIA 9 tag is attached to a British Heart Foundation heart shaped badge. They are a charitable organisation whose mission is to win the fight against cardiovascular disease and strive to create world in which people do not die prematurely from or suffer from cardiovascular disease, a worthwhile cause I feel .

Please try to keep this TB moving to not only to spread the word of a worthwhile humanitarian organisation but also so me treasure may beat the best o' the rest (I is a pirate after all )
As usual photos aren't a requirement but they are always welcome, any quick snap will do, even just a view of somewhere it has been, the TB in the photo is a welcome optional extra . If it wins it may be unactivated TB's all around for all movers (the last one was ). Of course that does depend on how many drops are made, the last one was five which was affordable, even if all replied to the email sent .

Während meiner Urlaube in den vergangenen drei Jahren habe ich diesen TB bzw. diese Coin gesehen und mir den Code notiert, aber total vergessen, einen Logeintrag zu schreiben.
Coronabedingt habe ich nun etwas mehr Zeit zum Aufräumen - und fand u.a. auch diesen Code wieder.
