Current GOAL: On My Honor I will Do My Best - This BSA coin traveling freely looking for Scouts and Scouters of past and present and to be a reminder to always be prepared. UPDATE 6/28/08: thanks to geocacher brianwarthen and all of you who have helped the TB achieve its original goal of finding its way to the National BSA office in Irving Texas. 3 years, 47K miles and 6 countries this TB has been to - What an adventure. Many thanks to all who have helped.

This TB is made of a key ring with the TB dog tag and the BSA do a good turn coin attached. Thank you to everyone who has helped get this coin along its travels. You all have done a great job!

The Travel Bug has been returned to me by the good folks of my Local Council and district. They presented it to me along with a very cool framed plaque representing the details and history of the TB. I am now holding my own TB after 3 years. I am going to clean it up and put a new tag on and let it go soon. I want to thank all the people who have made this a great experience. I look forward to seeing this TB go out on its next adventure.

Thanks to brianwarthen, BP did indeed make it to its goal of the National Office, and here it sits on my desk awaiting a photo shoot and eventual publication in Boys' Life magazine. Soon to re-begin its journey far, far away from here. Stay tuned.
