This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

The Beach Bum is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

Jess got this keychain out of a dollar grab bag from Yard Birds in Chehalis, WA, when she was just six years old.  She held on to it for years so she could use it with her first set of car keys...which she did!  (A 1984 Mercury Lynx station wagon w/red velvet interior...styling).

Since then, she's held on to it purely out of nostalgia.  Our dream is to retire as a couple of beach bums in Hawaii.  Until then, this little TB will have to enjoy the beaches for us.

Doesn't matter which/what kind of beach, as long as it's got enough room to throw down a beach towel.;)

If possible, please post photos of the beach bum lounging on the sand, so we can experience it vicariously.
