This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Traveling Soldier Dog Tag is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

My Current Goal:

My original mission was to get to any of the geocaches near Fort Hood, Texas, where the soldier in this photo could pick me up before he was deployed to the Sandbox. That mission was COMPLETED! Thank you! NEW MISSION: To travel to any caches near interesting US Military related things and return back home before May 2010 when my soldier returns home from Afghanistan. That misson failed, but I am now accounted for and back on the move. The soldier returned home safe after one year in Afghanistan, yay!
