Low Angle Strafe #4 is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

I would like to race my other TB to the west coast and see the Pacific Ocean. After that, I'd like to find my way back to North Carolina and be picked up by my original owner on the east coast in view of the Atlantic Ocean.
