Don’t be afraid to take the lead, to earn the next map piece you already have everything that you need! This week, you can work individually to find a trackable or drop one anew, you’ll earn 10 coins for every one that you do. Remember, you can gather gold coins on the Friend League in more than one way, so review the points below to decide how you want to play! Earn 10 gold coins from July 24-30, 2017 to earn the second map piece souvenir!
New to trackables? A trackable is a geocaching game piece that travels from geocache to geocache. By sending a trackable off on a mission, you can see the world through other geocachers’ logs and photos!
Week 2 point values:
- Retrieve a trackable from a cache = 5 gold coins.
- Drop a trackable into a cache = 10 gold coins.
- Find and log a geocache = 5 gold coins.
- Find and log a geocache with 10 or more Favorite points = 7 gold coins.
- Attended any event cache = 7 gold coins.
Before you go off to earn your next souvenir, be sure to log the caches you found last week from both far and near! Log your finds by Tuesday in order to be sure you’ll receive last week’s first map piece souvenir.
The Friend League will refresh every Monday at 5am (PDT), Noon (UTC). Keep in mind that depending on where you live, this could be Tuesday for you!
