Favorite geocaching memories from GC9FAVE
Since GC9FAVE, Discovered while geocaching – Locationless Cache, was published in early August 2022, geocachers have logged more than 20,000 Found Its and shared more than 32,000 photos! The HQ-owned cache offers an opportunity for you to revisit and share a favorite local place that you discovered while geocaching.
The cache page is a treasure trove of inspirational photos and ideas for your geocaching bucket list.
jakub2222 and patryk1234567891011 shared their view from the colorful square near GC8G3TW in Poznań, Poland.
Pattipolvi took us to one of her favorite places in Finland, site of the Virtual Cache GC9P6YG in Parikkala.
Rooski22 visited the tallest fountain in the world at the Virtual Cache GC762F in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
An EarthCache, GC8432N Blackchurch Rock, beckoned Raswi to the Devon coast in the United Kingdom.
To successfully log GC9FAVE, Discovered while geocaching – Locationless Cache:
- Revisit a favorite place that you discovered while geocaching and include one (1) photo of yourself or a personal item at that place. At least one photo is required to log the cache. (Old photos are not permitted.)
- Tell us where the place is located (for example, the city of Sydney, or the GC code of a geocache if it does not contain a spoiler).
This Locationless Cache is available to log through December 31, 2023. The cache page will be archived and locked on January 1, 2024. We can’t wait to see more of the favorite places that you discovered while geocaching!
