Kenmore TPT – Red Brick Road Park — Geocache of the Week
One thing that makes a geocache stand out among all the rest is its ability to blend in with its surroundings. Get out the magnifying glass and take a closer look at this hard-to-spot Geocache of the Week, Kenmore TPT – Red Brick Road Park (GC6TRQ3).
Located just a 30-minute drive from Geocaching HQ in Seattle, this tricky cache leaves many geocachers scratching their heads. Red Brick Road Park is the home of this geocache and celebrates the red brick road connecting two towns in Washington, Lake Forest Park and Bothell, in 1913.
A metal statue of a car sits on the edge of the brick road to commemorate the 1906 arrival of automobiles in the area; this is where the cache is hidden.

To find this cache, feet should remain on the bricks, meaning it is not in the bushes, and geocachers do not need to climb the structure.
Where would you hide the cache? What makes for good camouflage so that not everybody can spot it walking by? Take your best guess as to where this cache is hidden!
Placed in 2016 by cache owner latetrap, this cache has received over 150 Favorite points and 450 logs. Don’t be fooled; some of those logs are DNFs, and many are from geocachers who did not give up on this well-camouflaged cache and avenged their DNF.
“I finally found this one after 4 tries spanning 5 months! Had to reach out to a previous finder for some clues, but finally put my finger on it, literally! People were right, feet on the bricks and “stop” and really think where it might be! Thanks for the sneaky and challenging find! Definitely getting a Favorite point from me!” –Phoenix48
“Oh my gosh, this was a DNF for me multiple times over several months, coming by myself and with my crew. This one completely stumped me, I had to reach out for help and the CO was really great, thank you! Once I had the cache in hand I was blown away at the cleverness of this hide – it’s a definite favorite! TFTC 😊” –Saramel22
