We jumped for joy when we found a Geocache of the Week that fit the current hiding theme: Frogs! Talk about a perfect ‘hop’portunity!

Welcome to the TB Hotel de kikker(GC9WHP1) or “frog hotel,” Borsele’s premier amphibian accommodation. Whether you’re a frog, trackable, or simply a geocacher who likes to jump from cache to cache, you’re sure to have an un-‘frog’etable stay here!

This cache is part of Ommetje Nederland, an API Partner, which aims to place a geocache in each municipality of the Netherlands. Participating caches contain a unique code that geocachers can enter on Ommetje Nederland’s website to earn provincial banners to display on their geocaching profile. We think that’s ‘toad’ily cool!

Remember, you don’t have to be a frog prince to be treated like royalty here. Despite its popularity, you can always find a room at the hotel! Once you check in, make sure to check out the dozens of trackables waiting to hop on to their next cache and their next adventure. Don’t forget to sign the lily pad—oops, we mean log book.
