We\u2019re going wild for the animal-themed caches this month!<\/p>\n

This month\u2019s hiding theme focuses on all things furry, scaly, and feathery, as we encouraged you to share your favorite animal-themed geocaches. You really unleashed the beast this month! Take a look at just a few of the hides that we thought were ahead of the pack:<\/p>\n

This playful Brazilian series teaches players about birds as they make their way around the bird\u2019s head and finish the series off with an eye full of Letterbox Hybrids.<\/li>\n

    We love a mural-based Multi-Cache! This cache showcases the longest graffiti artwork in Cologne, right outside the zoo. See how many animals you can spot as you search the mural for the answers to calculate the final coordinates. Now that\u2019s what we call wild!<\/li>\n

    Knock, knock! \u201cHoo\u2019s\u201d there? An adorable owl-themed geocache behind a little library! This cache can only be protected by the wisest\u2014and cutest\u2014of animal guardians. What a hoot!<\/li>\n

    This Letterbox Hybrid goes out to all the four-legged loved ones that accompany us on our geocaching adventures. To commemorate their own geo-pups, cache owner Geoborderne<\/a> asks players to share stories and pictures of their dogs, and maybe even bring them along for the search.<\/li>\n

    Hey everybody, it\u2019s time to do the crazy egg dance! This dance doesn\u2019t require music, but it does require a good deal of wit and an abundance of patience as you attempt to find the eggs from all seven stations of this chaotic Multi-Cache. The chickens won\u2019t make it easy on you, though, so good \u201ccluck!\u201d<\/li>\n

They certainly can on Lehm\u00e4saari, or “Cow Island!\u201d Cache owners Bacajo<\/a> and kattikimulit<\/a> set out to share this popular Finnish idiom<\/a> in a series of 18 caches across Lehm\u00e4saari. Meet the colorful cast of cow characters as you find these adorable caches throughout the island!<\/li>\n

    Raelyne the Snake might be friendly, but she\u2019s not going to make this find an easy one! Navigate hissing vipers and solve Raelyne\u2019s puzzle to unlock the ammo can and slither away with a new find.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This round of cache submissions had us squawking with anticipation, howling with laughter, and purring with joy at the creativity of the geocaching community!<\/p>\n
