Others take a more relaxed approach, finding caches when it\u2019s convenient or to spend time outside with friends and family. Both approaches\u2014and everything in between\u2014are equally welcome. This past year, my goal was to connect more with fellow geocachers. I never cared before about Y2K caches\/oldies or webcams, but now those are high on my list as a result of various road trips with that group. I wanted to fill my D\/T grid but it was really hard to figure out the ever changing list of caches that would get me there since any List was immediately out of date as soon as I found one of the caches on it. It wasn\u2019t until the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geocaching.com\/blog\/2020\/11\/revisit-your-resolutions-with-the-new-searchable-d-t-grid\/\">D\/T grid search<\/a> was introduced on the web, that I was finally able to make it.<\/p>\n<p>I also liked filling my calendar grid. A streak was too hard for me for a full year, but I like that I can fill the calendar grid over multiple years. I also want to hide one of each cache type.
