A LPC is typically a small nondescript container placed under the metal skirt of a lamp post. \u00a0 Some geocachers believe that LPCs are unimaginative hides and all too easy finds.<\/p>\n<p>Other geocachers see LPCs as part of the spectrum of geocaches that provides accessibility for all players.\u00a0 The ease of finding LPCs also offers geocachers the ability to string together dozens or hundreds of finds a day.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2250\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2250\" style=\"width: 240px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geocaching.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/Julie-H.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2250 \" title=\"Julie H\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geocaching.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/Julie-H-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d3mo08i005h0zn.cloudfront.net\/blog\/uploads\/2010\/11\/Julie-H-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/d3mo08i005h0zn.cloudfront.net\/blog\/uploads\/2010\/11\/Julie-H.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2250\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Julie Husting &quot;IWillFindIt!!&quot;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Geocachers like Julie Husting, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.geocaching.com\/profile\/default.aspx?guid=7c3df4e8-70be-4903-9194-48a11fdeeab9\" rel=\"nofollow\">IWillFindIt!!<\/a>, see the base of lamp posts as a canvas for adding more creativity to geocaching.\u00a0 She believes that lifting the metal skirt on a lamp post should be more like lifting a curtain on stage.\u00a0 Julie creates scenes to surprise and entertain cachers looking for a quick LPC grab.<\/p>\n<p>She adapted the idea from an LPC she discovered.
