Much like pi, geocaching gives us seemingly infinite ways to explore and expand our horizons. Countless people know how unique today is, and it would be a pi-ty if we didn\u2019t stop and appreciate the moment.<\/p>\n

This year might of have been one \u201cfour\u201d the ages, as pi reached a new mind-boggling number of decimals\u201462.8 trillion\u2014thanks to a super computer in Switzerland<\/a>.<\/p>\n We\u2019re inspired by the work of the mathematicians who uncover pi\u2019s mysteries. Those who break new ground are standing on the shoulders of giants, and we see this type of cooperation, encouragement, and dedication everywhere we look in the geocaching community. While there aren\u2019t quite as many active geocaches, we\u2019re just as proud of our 3 million strong\u2014especially when one considers how much attention, care, and love is put into each cache.<\/p>\n More than anything, we believe today shares the same fun, quirky energy that we try to foster everywhere, so we hope you can join us in celebrating.<\/p>\n How will you celebrate Pi Day 2022?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Happy Pi Day!
