These are caches I have done with my mom. They are not terrain 1 or listed with the wheelchair accessible attribute, but are still possible with a caching partner and a little determination...

GC3XG2M Traditional Cache A&E'S STASH
Just off a fully accessible trail. Hiding spot is obvious, depending on previous finder's re-hide cache may even be viewable, but will need a partner to make the grab.

GC46JHF Traditional Cache Ali's Path
Just off an accessible trail. Won't be able to observe the hiding spot, but can watch your partner make the find.

GC1HTPC Traditional Cache ALLH#4- The Vienna Ambuscade
If you come in from Dominion Dr instead of the W&OD trail, this is "wheelchair accessible." With a keen eye, you can spot it from the paved path, but you will need a partner to retrieve.

GC2BP9Q Traditional Cache Bennett's Cache
Just off a fully accessible trail. Hiding spot is obvious, but will need a partner to make the grab.

GC3Y51Q Multi-cache Cacher's Delight: Ten things I love about caching
The trail is fully accessible and all of the stage hides are visible from the path. Will need a partner to retrieve, but worth it!

GC3KW5A Traditional Cache Cedrus Resurrected
Just off a fully accessible trail. Hiding spot is observable, an AT wheelchair will get you close, but will *definitely* need a partner to make the grab.

GCWY4R Multi-cache Courting History
Hide location is just off an accessible path and cache may be visible. Will most likely need a partner for the grab.

GC1KRP0 Traditional Cache Cross County Trail
From the P&G south side: The search is observable, you might be able to guess where the cache is, but will definitely need a partner to make the find and the grab.

*If* you are coming from the trail on the north side, (and since we did not, I'm not sure if the entire trail is "accessible") a downed tree blocks the last bit of ground that needs to be covered, but the hide is observable and if you have a caching partner they can make the grab.

GCVCQY Multi-cache Elephant's Foot
Path is accessible, but will need a partner to locate the foot and the cache.

GC1KKMX Traditional Cache End of the water
  Fully accessible.

GC3C24Y Traditional Cache Hanging Around the Farm
Cache is accessible via a relatively level field.

GC3EFEQ Traditional Cache Henderson House - FCCRH
  Fully accessible.

GC2ER0A Traditional Cache Illusions
Just off a fully accessible trail. An AT wheelchair will get you close enough to make the find, but will *definitely* need a partner to make the grab.

GC24Q2V Traditional Cache Keep Trying - Don't Get Stumped!
Not sure this one should even make the list. Very, very, very tough to do in a wheelchair. The elevation loss on the way in and gain on the way out are brutal even with the multiple switchbacks . The last part of the trail is rough gravel hardpack and there is no way to get within 10 feet of the hide. You can't spot the hide, but you can observe your partner make the find. Attempt at your own risk.

GC11WQT Traditional Cache Leads to Something Bigger II
Cache is just off a fully accessible path. Hide is viewable and cache may even be visible, but will need a partner to make the grab.

GC2TJX8 Traditional Cache Ranger Rick's High'n Dry: NWF
Just off a hardpacked dirt "accessible" trail. Hiding spot is observable, an AT wheelchair will get you close, but will need a partner to make the grab.

GC2TJWP Traditional Cache Ranger Rick's Under-Where Lair?: NWF
Just off a hardpacked dirt "accessible" trail. Hiding spot is observable, an AT wheelchair will get you close, but will most likely need a partner to make the grab.

GC25JGA Traditional Cache The 3 R's 1897 Style
Hiding spot is obvious from sidewalk and you can get within feet of the cache in the grass - harder when the ground is wet,. Will *definitely* need a partner to make the grab. Bonus: Nearby historical feature is fully accessible.

GC3WD1Q Traditional Cache Trail Mix #1
Just off a fully accessible trail. Hiding spot is obvious, depending on previous finder's re-hide cache may even be viewable, but may need a partner to make the grab.

GC3WD28 Traditional Cache Trail Mix #2
Just off a fully accessible trail. Hiding spot is observable, but will *definitely* need a partner to make the grab.
