This is a list of extreme caches and adventure caches which are our favorites. For most, Terrain rating will be 4 or higher and Difficulty rating will usually be 3.5 or higher. There are a few on this list which we have not yet found; these are on our short list of caches which we plan to tackle shortly. We have also included in the list our favorite extreme caches from our Psycho Urban Cache series and Psycho Backcountry Cache series. Enjoy!

			Blood & Guts in Virginia is an excellent adventure cache, combining some challenging locations with some mind-bending riddles and puzzles. Many take over a year to complete this cache, and many who start it never complete it.

			Tennessee cache with some great and nasty climbing!
		GCYK7H	BWT's Phobia Series - Acrophobia
			A really nice extreme terrain cache in central western NY State, a cache hidden halfway up (or down) a sheer overhanging limestone cliff. Rock climbing gear needed!
		GCWB8Y	Chaoss cops an Altitude
			Extreme cache in NWPA. Sounds like fun!
		GCC3E3	Chilly Willy at Byrd Surface Camp
			Cache located in Antarctia. Marker pole may be covered by snow by early 2007. Enough said!

			A classic extreme cache in Maryland which involves an excursion into the dark. We do not want to say more, else we give away too much! An excellent cache!

			A really sick 5/5 highway bridge cache in Sweden! Major drama! Most bizarre, however, is the fact that many seekers tackle it without climbing gear. Some of the pictures uploaded to the site by finders are truly horrific! The best pic/story is the log by the couple who decided not to go after it due to safety concerns, but "asked" their 4-year old son to go fetch the catch. The picture of him looking at the bridge is priceless!

			A classic extreme hide in North Dakota which involves a vertical or near-vertical climb.

			An excellent 5/5 multi in northern NJ that ends with a really fun and extreme hide. You will likely need gear -- we did!
