Sunday July 22nd 2012. Described by many as the best event they'd ever attended, the Geolympix in Oxford went Mega a month ahead of the meet. A particular hit was the 11 Icons in 11 Hours challenge - could Mega attendees find 11 different types of cache (Trad, Multi, Puzzle, Webcam, Virtual, Letterbox, Wherigo, Earth, std Event, CITO Event & Mega) in under 11 hours? 617 Attended logs (but many more individuals in attendance, obviously, 955 known... I suspect it was over 1k in total) |
