12-16 months previous of your log = 20 points
17-20 months previous of your log = 30 points
21-23 months previous of your log = 40 points
23 months will be awarded 5 points per month (i.e. 24 months = 45 points, 25 months = 50 points and so on)

You may not count any more than 100 points on any one cache. You may, however, combine the 100 points with the following clauses:
FTF Clause: Adds 50 points to your total
Trackable Clause: Add an additional 25 points for each trackable
