Geocache Description:

This is a quick cache and go. We wanted to make people aware of the creek restoration project that is currently ongoing here following last year's flooding. Natural materials were used to redirect the waterflow back to it's original channel. This project is intended to eliminate bank errosion and remove sediment from the creek to keep it from flowing into the Susquehanna and onto the Chesapeake Bay. It will also create improved habitat for trout and other creek dwellers.

The cache is not near the actual work area and will not interfere with the project

This is a "baby" from Momma Coozie's Adoption Agency cache (GCYYEJ).
