Geocache Description:

Era uma casa muito engraçada Não tinha tecto Não tinha nada

Does size matter?

What do you do with your leftovers?

I don’t mean the leftovers from your methane production or peace keeping activities. This is a Caching area, so I meant the leftovers of your caches. What you don’t use, the remains of older ones or even unused ideas. Containers, places, gifs, puzzles or simply some head crunching tricks being kept on hold until some day…

I do have a couple of things that I keep ready to use in new caches. Things and ideas I’ve collected, but kept aside until accepted in a future project. But they linger on and on and haven't gained a place in any new caches so far.

I could keep them longer, but I suspect that if I do not use them soon, they will be washed away by new ideas. As usual.

So, this cache has some targets. First, to use the first container made for the “FlashIt”. Second, to use the ideas collected in the first edition of “4 elements”. And a place.

This place was a “nice” place. Not the kind of place that you keep “looking for” or remain in you mind as “the place”. Is just a place in the “other” Sintra.

Sintra is commonly associated with luxury villas, overwhelming palaces. Fantastic views, paradisiacal forests. It is all of that, and also an old and average Portugal. Simple villas, simple farms, simple people. Common Portuguese country.

You will find a nice place in this country. If you look ahead, to the top of nearby hill you will recognise the views, the places, the touristy Sintra. Just a few hundred meters way, but far enough to be another land. Other country.

It isn’t this the perfect place for a leftover cache?

Have fun.
