To find this cache you should be a fit and experienced bushwalker and you will need about a day. Overnight camping is possible and recommended. There is also a shelter to stay overnight for those who do not carry a tent. 
There are two different accesses:
Approach from NW:
Take the Bruce Hwy to Gordonvale, from here use the Gillies Hwy. Before Yungaburra turn left at the Road House. Left again into Topaz Road. Then left into a gravel road: Gourka Rd. Parking at
S 17° 22.757' E 145° 45.776'
Continue walking the marked path up to the summit.
Approach from SE:
From Bruce Hwy turn off behind Mirriwinni to Josephine Falls. From the parking area, there is a walking track leading up to the mountain top. Continue walking the marked path up to the summit.
You have to be prepared being attacked by leeches. An easy way to deter most of them is applying insect repellent to your shoes and ankles.

The reward for the effort will be stunning experiences of nature partially still Jurassic and on a clear day views down to the ocean and to the Tablelands.
Because the container obviously was gone
I replaced it on 26/11/12 with a flat plastic box. It has a spinning top and a Geocoin in it.
Please hide the cache again at the same place so that it becomes inconspicuous and invisible from the sides and the top!
