Geocache Description:

The cache is located in the Buzzard Ridge Wildlife Area, 283 acres of public land with hiking trails throughout most of the area. We thought this part of the park deserved a cache and we enjoyed the trail zigzagging across the creek bottom. You can follow the trail all the way back until you run into the South Fork of the Maquoketa River.

Parking is located at N 42° 09.519, W 090° 52.061.

The cache is full of the usual goodies and should be a fun challenge. Please make sure you return the cache the way you found it so the next cachers can enjoy it as much.

You can access the other caches in the area via this parking area but it requires significant bushwacking and climbing. The road to the other parking area can be a little tricky depending on the weather (snow or rain).

Have fun and be safe!
No don't climb to the top!
