When: Saturday April 7th 2007

Time: 1100 – 1500 (or for you non-military people 11AM to 3PM)

Where: Manitou Park - N 44° 06.292 W 087° 41.380

What: CITO EVENT!!

To Bring: >Trash Bags (HEAVY DUTY TYPE)

>Heavy Duty Gloves

>PQ of the Surrounding Area

>Provide own main dish and bring a side dish to share

>Bring Your Own Plastic Wear

**Be Sure to Post a Will Attend Note and post what you are bringing as a side dish**



What is going on? There will be Activities for the Younger Kids (if there is any attending including an Easter Egg Hunt)
There will be a Drawing with many Prizes and also Awards for certain categories
And Of Course cleaning up the Park

What is provided:

>Trash Grabbers

>Safety Vest

>*Trash Bags (not 100% sure on this)

>Plastic Gloves

>Water Cooler w/ Cups

>Hand Sanitizer

There will be a Grill there (grillizla) and a couple smaller ones also that will be fired up and ready to go…
~THE PLAN~

1100-1130 – EAT – Make the necessary Announcements

1130-1400 – COMMENCE CLEANING – Games for Kiddies

1400-1500 – PICTURE – DRAWING – AWARDS – CLOSING ANNOUCEMENTS

***THERE WILL BE A PROPANE HEATER AND HOT WATER FOR HOT CHOCOLATE!!**** this will go one despite the rain or snow!! hope you all can make it!!
