This cache has been archived.

SerenityNow: At long last it's time to put this event to bed. Thanks to all who attended and we'll see you next year at Mardi Gras: Cachers Gone Wild!

There was one travel bug left at the end of the event which we took and moved along but there are still lots of bugs left on the event page. Please remember to retrieve the bugs you took from the page and move them along soon.

Step One:  Develop a Team

  1. ONE vehicle per team. Use of more than one will result in immediate disqualification!

  2. No less than 2 players per team. We strongly suggest you have 3 or 4 players. You can have as many as you want, but you must fit in one vehicle.
    * Please try to form your teams BEFORE your arrival at the event.
    * If you do not have a team, please indicate this in your "will attend" post on this site.
    * If you are a single player, note those who are signed up. If they're from your area contact them and ask if you may join their team.
    * If you are a team with room for one more please contact single players and ask them to join you.
    * If you still don't have a team, just let the registration folks know & we'll do our best to get you on a team with some groovy cachers!

Step Two: Arrive on time

  1. Arrive at the above coordinates at 10:45 AM on Saturday, August 25, 2007 with GPS in hand, ready for anything.

  2. You will be registered as you arrive and registration will end PROMPTLY at 11:30 AM.

  3. The St. Sava Cathedral Picnic Grounds is an outdoor facility with a wonderful shelter, kitchen facilities, and clean indoor bathrooms!

Step Three:  Receive your instructions

  1. Be on time so you don't miss one single piece of information! Late comers will be at a distinct disadvantage!

  2. The briefing will begin PROMPTLY at 11:40 AM!

Step Four:  Strategize

  1. Creativity is the key to this event. Strategize with your team members.

  2. Think outside the box... way out side the box!

Step Five:  When your Galloping Goucho Hosts yell "Saddle Up!" at approximately 12:10 PM,  jump on your burro and ride off to your first destination.

  1. Remember, you all have to fit on one burro, poor animal!!

  2. (ALL normal laws and rules of the road apply!)

What to Bring:

  1. A GPS (a compass might be handy too!)

  2. Pens and/or pencils.
