Located at the 1350 feet, at a view point by the summit of the George C Cain Memorial trail, you're looking for an ammo can where you'll also find the raison d'etre for the name of this cache.
This cache gives you an opportunity for a pleasant loop hike of one part of the wonderful Michael Ciaiola Conservation Area in Patterson, NY.
There are several ways you could approach this cache, but they'll all mostly work out at around 3.5 to 4 miles for the loop; a little longer if you come in from Haviland Hollows Road. Along your way you'll encounter several trails that are not on the map -- Don't Panic! The main trail are of a solid colour with side trails (mostly little diversions) being blazed with a secondary white. If in doubt stick to Orange but do take the time to go exploring and remember that your mum was right and that Greens are good for you!
Due to a lot of bounce in this area, the cache is located in an easy-to-find spot. Therefore, please take care to carefully hide the cache when you are done. From the cache, look towards the overlook and do take a moment to reflect on the object that you'll find there.
Should you want to visit the other traditional caches in this preserve, then one route would be to park at Haviland Hollows Road and visit in the following order; Four Guards, Mountain Expotition, the Multi-Falls, By George, Three Mile View and then return to Haviland Hollows Road via the Red Trail. This route will also naturally encompass all stages of The Multi-Falls
