The coordinates are to a telephone outside of a business's lobby. Pick up the phone and when prompted say "Audio Cache".
The cache is on the business's property but the exact location of the cache container is discovered by picking up the phone just "outside" the lobby. When prompted, say "Audio Cache". You will then be connected to a friendly IVR (interactive voice recognition) application which will tell you the exact location of the cache. The directions are somewhat complex. You may want to take notes as you are listening to them.
It will also let you listen to other people's audio logs and let you leave an audio log if you so desire. If you do want to leave an audio log, stay on the phone long enough to confirm the log you just recorded meets your approval.
A note about security: the cache is on private property but you have permission to be there. Not only does my management know about the "audio cache" project but they encouraged me to create it. On the rare occasion someone asks and you do not feel like explaining what geocaching is and what the phone has to do with it, simply state you are visiting David Sweet. Thats me and I am employed at the site.
