Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the above coordinates! Please read on.

Break out the bicycles or the running shoes, you are going to need them on this series!

Take a ride on the Great Western Trail bicycle trail that runs from a trail head in Cumming to a trail head in Martendsdale. A rather smooth, comfortable and scenic bike ride between the two small towns. The distance between the two is a total of 8.5 miles. Are you up for a 17 mile round trip bike ride or run?

We have often liked caches that take us on a bike ride through the country side. We have traveled this bike trail often in the past several years, and would like the share the area with the rest of you.

You will need to find six other caches along the bike trail to find this one. They are (in no particular order):

Head to Head - Hair
Head to Head - Mouth
Head to Head - Nose
Head to Head - Ears
Head to Head - Eyes
Head to Head - Chin

No matter which way come from, either Cumming or Martensdale, and you are doing this series in one shot, this cache will be on your way back to your vehicle.

In the cache, you will find various trading items. There is a disposable camera inside, please take your picture and place back inside the cache.

First to find prize - a Cystic Fibrosis geocoin and pin set. You get to start the coin on its travel, so move it along, but you can keep the pin.

All in all, have fun with this series. We had an adventure putting it out. On the way back to the car, Team Gamsci Mom had a flat tire on her new bicycle, and was about four miles from the car. That's a lot of walking! In a hurry to get to the car and find a place where the rest could pick her up, Team Gamsci Josh slid on some water and badly scraped his arm and knee. As you can see, we had fun setting this series up.
