Geocache Description:

Join Us for the Grand Opening of the GPS Adventures Maze Exhibit on June 2, 2007!
The geocaching event runs from 2 - 4 p.m.

Groundspeak, in partnership with Trimble and Minotaur Maze Exhibits, is pleased to announce the creation of a new exhibit designed to teach people of all ages about navigation, GPS technology and geocaching.

Celebrate the national premiere of the new GPS Adventures Maze exhibit! Join visitors from Groundspeak, exhibit creator Minotaur Maze Exhibits, and development sponsor Trimble for an opening ceremony and meet-and-greet, and enter a drawing to win a free GPS receiver. Then, be among the first to experience the GPS Adventures Maze Exhibit.

GPS Adventures is a hands-on traveling exhibit that features GPS technology — its history, current uses and future possibilities; and simulates geocaching indoors by leading visitors through a 2,500 square foot maze rich with interactive experiences.

Minnetrista admission is $4 child/student; $6 senior; $7 adult. Hours are Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Sunday, 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

For more information about the exhibit and related activities, visit Minnetrista’s event page: minnetrista.net. If you would like to suggest a venue for the exhibit, please let us know by selecting a venue near you.

We hope to see you there!
