How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
A three-stage multi-cache in the lovely South and North Tyrol neighborhoods of Golden Valley. If you do it correctly, it should be a three-quarter mile walk from stage one to the cache, a large ammo box. The box has plenty of goodies in it and a log. Parking is available on June Avenue at N 44° 58.041, W 93° 20.026.
You may be tempted to drive between caches, but it will be quicker to walk. Take advantage of the walking options available to you. Each stage is located on public property. However, one trail borders private residences, and there will be one walk along a residential street. So be sensitive to the neighbors and not conspicuous.
Original contents of the ammo box include:
- Log book and pencil
- Choo choo travel bug
- Empty pog tube, empty pill bottle (make your own geocache!)
- Creepy mouse
- Batman patch
- Ceramic shark
- Resin school kids
- Notre Dame trading cards
- Deck of cards
- 1958 Lincoln wheat ear penny
- 1993 50 ruble coin
