Vraget Strand ("The Wreck"), a real bathing cache...
A blue flag, swaying in the wind, tells that Vraget Beach is amongst one of Denmark's best bathing beaches.
To be allowed to put up the Blue Flag, the beach must satisfy a number of environmental standards, facilities and safety regulations. The water and beach itself must be clean, the guest facilities, such as toilets, must be in order and there must be an appropriate number of life-saving equipment, first aid kits and an emergency phone near the beach.
You can read more about the Blue Flag campaign here: www.BlueFlag.org (In English)
Vraget beach is a wonderful bathing beach extremely child friendly with very shallow water. Take a nap in the sand dunes after the swim.
Need we say, that this cache is best in summer?
