fryed: After spending a year hidden behind rocks in the woods the West Tyson 1 stash has been retired. The box is still in the same location, however, as it is now a letter box and will be maintained by Mohmers. Please visit www.letterboxing.org or send an email to letterbox-usa@egroups.com for more information. As with my Greensfelder_1 cache, it was nice to see the surrounding area apparently unaffected by the travelers that searched for this stash. Thanks to everyone that visited. --Dan

Geocache Description:

I am trying an experiment with this stash. It seems to me that most people are geocaching for the fun of finding the stash, not what they may get out of it. In the stashes that have been hidden in the St. Louis area so far no one has logged that they have taken anything but it seems everyone is leaving something. At this rate we'll have a bunch of little landfills laying around.

So with this stash I am leaving only a logbook and a camera. Please log that you have found it and take a picture of yourself at the site and leave the camera for the next person. If anyone has heartburn about this please let me know.
