How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
Can be reached by watercraft or by land, flat land close to the waters edge. Look for overturned tree with roots expopsed ( more than one here! ) Then look for the one guarded by a Pink Flamingo!
Glass container with a white lid, contains log sheet and a welcome letter. Also included is an assortment of state quarters, 2 unopened geodes, 1 raw emerald and 1 raw opal from lightning ridge in Australia. ( we are rockhounds and thought you might enjoy some of these things ) Take what you like and replace with something for the next person. Don't forget to sign the log ( there is a pencil in the container ) Have fun! **** Please, If you don't find a cache the first time out, don't assume that it is not there, it spoils it for anyone else that is looking, you have to remember that the GPS is accurate but that you still have to LOOK for the cache when you are close to them. So remember, if you can't find it, email the owner and ask before you post that it is not there, negative posts only ruin it for the other geocachers. Thanks in advance and Happy Hunting! ******
