This cache is along a nice Public hiking trail that winds along
the shoreline of the Pettenwell Lake. The trailhead starts at a
public Beach area so look for the sign for parking. When the cache
was placed there were bright yellow and red mushrooms growing along
the trail, hence the name of this cache. You are looking for a
clear plastic H20-proof container with enough room for some Swag as
well as a Travel Bug or 2. There is poison Ivy along this trail but
you should be able to steer clear as you hunt for this cache.
Winter Friendliness Rating: Can get buried in
the snow.
