Für alle vom Caching-Fieber Infizierten habe ich die ultimative Herausforderung.
Wer die annimmt, um sich in die Hall of Fame einzutragen, muss vorher alle Cache dieser Serie gefunden haben. Dazu muss man alle 16 Bundesländer und deren Landeshauptstädte bereisen, um die Koordinaten des Megacaches berechnen zu können.

Deutschlandtour-Erfurt
Erfurt ist die Landeshauptstadt des deutschen Bundeslandes Thüringen. Es ist zugleich die größte Stadt Thüringens mit ca. 200.000 Einwohnern und neben Gera und Jena im Osten eines der drei Oberzentren des Landes.
Wichtigste Institutionen neben den Landesbehörden sind das Bundesarbeitsgericht, die Universität Erfurt und das katholische Bistum Erfurt, dessen Kathedrale der Erfurter Dom ist, der wiederum neben der Krämerbrücke eine der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt darstellt. Darüber hinaus besitzt die Stadt einen sehr großen mittelalterlichen Altstadtkern.
Erfurt wurde 742 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt und entwickelte sich bereits kurz nach seiner Gründung zum Zentrum des Thüringer Raumes, wenngleich es bis 1944 politisch nicht Teil des Landes war. Bis 1802 gehörte es zu Kurmainz, danach zu Preußen (mit Ausnahme der Zeit von 1806 bis 1814, als es unter französischer Regierung stand).
Die Universität wurde 1392 gegründet. Sie ist somit die drittälteste Universität Deutschlands. Martin Luther war ihr bekanntester Student. Die Wirtschaft der Stadt ist von Verwaltung und Dienstleistung geprägt, und Erfurt ist nach Leipzig die Stadt mit der zweitgrößten Messe in den neuen Bundesländern. Des weiteren ist Erfurt wichtiger Verkehrsknotenpunkt im Zentrum Deutschlands.
Bekannt ist Erfurt auch für seinen Gartenbau (ega) und als Medienzentrum (Sitz des Kinderkanals und mehrerer Radiostationen, sowie Tageszeitungen).
Eine Spezialität gibt es noch in unserem Bundesland, die nicht vergessen werden darf. Die Original Thüringer Rostbratwurst gibt es bei uns vom Holzkohlegrill überall zu kaufen. Probieren lohnt sich!

Wir starten auf dem zentralen Punkt in Erfurt’s Altstadt, dem Anger.
STAGE 1 N 50°58.593 E 011°02.075 Apotheke „Zum Schwanen-Ring“
Sucht hier nach einer Tafel, auf der etwas zu einer alten Apotheke „Zum Schwanen-Ring“ steht. Hier wirkte ein gewisser Herr J.B.T. von XXXX bis YYYY.
Subtrahiert die Zahlen YYYY-XXXX und ihr erhaltet AB. AB=

STAGE 2 N 50°58.462 E 011°01.870 Der alte „Angerbrunnen“
Ihr findet hier einen alten Brunnen. An ihm ist eine Tafel angeschlagen, auf der der Beginn des Baus steht. (ZZZZ)

Links neben dem Haupteingang findet ihr eine Tafel mit einer preussischen halben Rute. Die ersten beiden Ziffern darunter sind EF! EF=
Der Weg führt euch weiter über die „Lange Brücke“ in Richtung „Haus Sonnenborn“
STAGE 4 N 50°58.622 E 011°01.589 Haus Sonnenborn
Bei den Erfurtern heißt dieses Haus auch „Hochzeitshaus“, denn hier ist das Standesamt untergebracht.
An der Tür seht ihr eine vierstellige Jahreszahl. Die zweite Ziffer ist G. G=
Wendet euch nun Richtung SW und geht durch die kleine Gasse zum Erfurter Dom mit Severikirche.
STAGE 5 N 50°58.580 E 011°01.440 Erfurter St. Marien Dom und Severi
Der St. Marien-Dom zu Erfurt ist die Bischofskirche des Bistums Erfurt.
Er ist nicht nur wegen seiner Architektur und einmaligen Lage über der Stadt weltberühmt. In seinem mittleren Glockenturm hängt die Gloriosa, die größte, frei schwingende, mittelalterliche Glocke der Welt. Als "Königin der Glocken" beeindruckt sie mit einem unnachahmlichen Klang. Zu seinen Füßen finden alljährlich die Domstufenfestspiele des Erfurter Opernhauses statt. An den Koordinaten bist du auf den Domstufen. Damit du weißt, wieviele Stufen die Schauspieler auf- und absteigen müssen, zähle sie. Diese Anzahl der Stufen entspricht HI.

STAGE 6 N 50 ° 58.713 E 011 ° 01.803 Die Krämerbrücke
Die Krämerbrücke ist nördlich der Alpen die einzige vollständig bebaute und bewohnte Brücke. Sie sind 125 m lang, 19 m breit und bis zu 26 m hoch. Es ist das älteste Gebäude Erfurts und ein einzigartiges Kulturdenkmal. Sie wurde 1325 aus Stein gebaut. Vorher war es eine Holzkonstruktion, die mehrmals den Flammen zum Opfer fiel. Sie hat ihren Namen von den Krämen, den einstöckige Holzgebäuden der Händler, die auf ihr standen. Früher war es eine der wichtigsten Handelsrouten über die Gera und ist bis heute, Bestandteil der Via Regia und des Jacobsweges.
Die Koordinaten führen euch zum Eingang der Krämerbrücke am Benediktsplatz. Links neben der Hausnummer 2 befindet sich ein Gebäude mit einem Sockel aus Sandstein und dem oberen Teil in Ziegel gemauert. In der Ecke neben der Nr. 2 gibt es eine steinerne Tafel an der Fassade. Sie weißt auf ein Gebäude hin, welches hier bis zum Jahre 18J5 gestanden hat.

Deutschlandtour-Erfurt (German Tour-Erfurt)
Erfurt is the state capital of the German Land of the Federal Republic Thuringia. It is at the same time the largest city of Thuringia with approx. 200,000 inhabitants and beside Gera and Jena in the east one of the three upper centers of the country.
Most important institutions beside the Land authorities are the Federal Labor Court, which University of Erfurt and the catholic diocese Erfurt, whose cathedral of the Erfurter is cathedral, which represents one again beside the shopkeeper bridge the main marriage worthynesses of the city.
