### Geocache Description:

This is an easy cache in a public park that allows geocaching.

Brookdale Park is the third largest park in the Essex County system. It was designed by the Olmsted Brothers who also designed Central Park in New York City. Construction began in 1928 but was interrupted by the Great Depression and the major work on the park was not completed until 1937, using labor from the WPA and ERA.

Enjoy the park and good luck.
