The coordinates take you to a little stone, with a number on it, use the number and add +3 that is AAAA.
According to Wikipedia Zacharias was impressed by factorys, railroads and streetlights.
Your next task is to count all the streetlights placed on the green area between the mainroad (called Topeliusesplanaden) use the number and add +6 that is BB
