This is a tribute cache to Zoesbrother - if you haven't figured that out yet - a young cacher who has challenged us all of late with his own mind-bending puzzles.
You will need to have solved at least 4 (perhaps) of the Sudokus in the Zöe Bro Coup | de series to determine the final solution to this, the 10th and final puzzle.
Once upon a time in a land not too far away there lived a king who fancied himself as decent and wise ruler and he was, generally, revered by his subjects. He ruled a tiny little kingdom called Selzzup, which is about the modern equivalent of 9 square city blocks.
He came to the throne rather unexpectedly but took his mantle and his subjects seriously. Well, after his first year, the kind decided to take a short vacation - just a few weeks to regain his senses before embarking on his second year on the throne.
One morning, near the end of his holiday, he was awoken suddenly by a knock on the door. It was his Chancellor, Evad, who brought news of a potential uprising, headed by a young usurper who'd recently came to the kingdom and was challenging any who would dare to take him on in a game of wits.
Well, the king sensing that this young challenger possessed some skill, decided to issue a series of challenges of his own. And so he called his court together that very morning and asked each of them to develop a puzzle for the young lad to solve and bring it to him before sunset so the proclamation could go forth that day. So the 9 members of the court left to ponder and postulate...
The King's court had done their part to challenge the young puzzle maker and the King himself was very pleased with what his court had brought forth. However, the King knew how cunning this lad was and thought that there aught to be one last challenge. One that would bring all of the other puzzles together in one final Piece de Resistance. And so he set about creating a puzzle of his own. "There, that ought to do the trick!" the King thought to himself. "If the lad can solve this bugger then he will surely have earned his place on my court and I will extend to him the position of the King's Courtier, broker and purveyor of Sellzup exports."
And so the proclamation went forth (after a few days delay) to the lad and any other subject in the Kingdom of Selzzup to solve the challenges issued, the only stipulation being that the upstart be given the first opportunity to solve the Piece de Resistance.
