Geocache Description:

The Kinnickinnic River is one of my favorite places to visit in Western Wisconsin. It's a beautiful place to visit any time of year, offering plenty of scenic locations and wildlife viewing. It's probably most well-known for excellent trout fishing (by both people and bald eagles). This spot along the river is very peaceful - sit a spell and enjoy the serenity. Nice parking at the coordinates below. From there, you can take the 2-track back to the cache, or for a more scenic walk stroll along the river bank and cut over to the cache. Cache is a sandwich-size lock-n-lock with the usual goods.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Baldwin DNR office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resouce managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at: (visit link).
