Riddell: Disabled for the duration of the Covid-19 crisis.
Although exercise is ok, beaches, parks etc are gradually being closed, and we are being asked to stay home.
The possibility to transmit the virus by surface contact exists, so why take chances?
At the end of the day, geocaching is a game, and we are dealing with a serious Public Health issue.
We need to get our priorities in order.
I believe the responsible thing is to disable all my caches, until the crisis passes.
Thanks.

Geocache Description:

This travelbug Motel is located near a beautiful colonial homestead at Riddells Creek in Victoria.

Dromkeen, a graceful nineteenth-century homestead classified by the National Trust, and accredited through Museums Australia - Victoria, is situated in the small township of Riddells Creek, outside Melbourne in Victoria. It was the home of the Australian Children's Literature Collection, a unique collection of original artwork, manuscripts and other pre-publication material from Australian children's books up until the property was sold at auction in November 2012.

Dromkeen was much more than an important collection. It was a dynamic centre for displays, educational programs, children's workshops, lectures and research into all activities which illuminate the world of Australian children's literature.

It will be sadly missed.

The cache is dedicated to its memory.
