Geocache Description:

Container: Deep Dish Glad Plastic Container

Directions: This is the first of several caches that I will place in this vicinity. The idea being that you will have several targets in one area, and you only need to park the car once. All of them will have "Growth" as part of their name, so come back to the Geocaching.com site soon and the others will be here.

This one is not in a particularly scenic spot, as there are no immediate vistas from here. But there are a lot of areas close by for fantastic views of the Bay, so bring a friend and a picnic. When you get close to the spot, remember the name "New Growth" and keep your eyes on the ground as the container is under a few rocks. Enough of the container is exposed so you should be able to see it. There are at least two main paths to get to this spot, and there is limited parking at either trailhead.
