Informace o namesti / Square information

Palavske namesti je centralni bod sidliste Vinohrady, ktere bylo postaveno v 80. letech 20. stoleti. Konkretne Palavske namesti existuje od 30.6.1983.

Od zacatku melo slouzit jako centrum obchodu, sluzeb a zabavy pro cele Vinohrady. Bohuzel z financnich duvodu byly nektere stavby na mnoho let nedokoncene.

Celkove rekonstrukce se namesti dostalo az po roce 2000, kde byl nejdriv vybudovan park [obrazek 1] a nasledne zrekonstruovan i dlouho chatrajici objekt OC-2 [obrazek 2 a 4]. Zaroven s tim byly odstraneny provizorni obchudky a misto nich vybudovana vyhlidkova terasa.

V tesne blizkosti Palavskeho namesti (STAGE1) se take nachazi budova, ve ktere sidli radnice, zdravotnicke stredisko a knihovna [obrazek 3].

Palavske namesti is the central place of Vinohrady which was build during the 80s of 20th century. Palavske namesti itself exists since 30. of June in 1983.

The square was designed to provide shopping, services and fun facilities for the whole neighbourhoud. Unfortunately, because of funding reasons, some building had been left unfinished for many years.

Reconstruction started after the year 2000, when the park (STAGE5) was build [picture 1] and after that the long dilapidating building OC-2 was also repaired and finished. [picture 2 and 4] The small shops were also removed and a new outlook was build during the reconstruction.

There is also meyerhouse, health centre and library in reconstructed building very close to Palavske namesti. (STAGE1) [picture 3]

2. Number of stairs you have to use to get to the second floor (STAGE2)
3. Go through the floor and count number of stairs on your way down
4. On the way from STAGE3 to STAGE5 count the number of windows on the topmost floor on the southern side of the reconstructed OC-2 building. (STAGE4)
