How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

The Sandia Foothills Embudo Open Space area contains approximately 2,650 acres of steep sloped hills intersected by gravelly drainages at the base of the Sandia Mountains. Embudo Canyon, part of the Sandia Foothills, provides access to Embudo Trail #193, #401 & Foothills Trail #365.

This is a great area to take the geo-dog or the geo-bike (why not take both)...or just stretch your legs.

While out hunting letterboxes and geocaches in this area, I decided to mark my beginnings with a very small geocache.

Good hunting!
