Geocache Description:

A micro in tribute to a good samaritan who did me a big favor. (I was going to name the cache after him, but seeing as how us neurotics worry a lot, I wasn't sure if he'd appreciate being made famous or not. But he knows who he is, and I very much appreciate his efforts on my behalf.)

A cache of mine got muggled a few months back. I replaced the bison tube and then looked for the original while I was there. I didn't find it. Well, a couple of weeks ago, said cache was found by a geocacher visiting from out of town. As he was leaving, HE found the original bison tube.

He emailed me and we discussed various methods of getting it back to me. But I also told him that he was quite welcome to keep it for a hide of his own. Well, do you know what he did? He didn't keep my container. He gave me a container of HIS as a way of getting my container back to me! He put my tiny container in a slightly larger one of his and then put that in a typical place to find a micro--complete with logsheet. (I'd just tell you what the place is, but for some reason that completely baffles me, some people seem to like these things to be challenging! Hard to believe, huh? Hence, I don't want to diminish what little challenge there is here.)

I decided to just leave his container there, after retrieving the bison tube, and call it a cache. As I said, the good samaritan knows who he is. He also of course knows where the cache is. He is quite welcome to log this cache as a find. He deserves at least that! (I know that may seem a little unconventional, but in this day and age, it's more and more seeming that being a good samaritan is unconventional.) I'm sorry I wasn't industrious enough to get this submitted and published while he was in town.

So, this will hopefully get published and you'll all have another what should be a PnG to grab. It's a BYOP job. Also, given where it is, this is an excellent one to do at night. And please don't get too creative in "rehiding" it. This is a place where cachers are going to want to get in and out of as quickly as possible. The mugglicity potential will be high at times.
