This cache is hidden in the Otis Reservoir below 1' to 10' of water, depending on the time of year, and may be under ice in the cold winter months.
The cache container is a water tight, neon orange, ORION container which is attached with a carabiner to a concrete filled bucket. I recommend that you park at N 42° 10.445 W 073° 02.918 as the other areas are posted private! You can cross the street and swim right out to the cache without crossing any private land. Please stay off the private dock! I have also supplied coordinates N 42° 10.407 W 073° 02.921 for a large boulder that is within 10 feet of the cache, which is tall enough that you can stand on it to catch your breath or sign the log. The log book is WATERPROOF, and the pen is a "Rite-in-the-Rain" pen that will write on wet paper. PLEASE BE SURE TO LEAVE THE PEN IN THE CACHE AFTER YOU SIGN THE LOG!!! The FTF prize was 2 water tight nano cache containers!
