Jordan Creek, a stream flowing through the southern and eastern portion of New Holstein, is a 1.2 mile long tributary to Pine Creek in Calumet County. It's significance is that it drains over 3,000 acres including the city's entire storm sewer system. Pine Creek flows Northwest for 7.4 miles to the Hayton Millpond and joins the South branch of the Manitowoc River.
