Kosh Naranek: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the immediate future, just contact one of your local reviewers and assuming it meets the current guidelines, it can be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

A great nightime cache on the peaceful evening streets of the downtown area.

This cache is located at the location of an interesting piece of artwork that lights up a darkened area of the downtown area.
A Nearby point of interest is "Angels Flight". Getting on this unmaned ride late at night is like an adventure out of the "Twilight Zone".Especialy when you see the man in the booth at the top asking a quarter for the ride.
