Geocache Description:

"Imagine" is a wonderful song by John Lennon. It is also the word written in tiles on the memorial made for him in Central Park across the street from where he was murdered on December 8th, 1980 (I uploaded a photo from my trip below).

John Ono Lennon was a controversial peace activist, author and artist, but is best remembered for being one of the two primary song-writing members of the Fab Four (The Beatles). For some reason, the park this cache is hidden in has been named after the idea of throwing Lennon (Sorry Chuck fans, I couldn't resist the bad pun).

This park already has two ammo cans in it, but both are finals to difficult multi/puzzles (Crossing the Mason Dixon Line and The Path of the Skulls). I parked on the side of the road to drop the ammo can off, but one may wish to park at the lot a bit further south and walk up. If you wish to explore, there are some pretty cool trails behind the parking area on the south side of the tennis courts. Many young people have likely imagined themselves becoming famous for some sort of two-wheeled X-Games event while practicing on the trails. It is very hilly back there (for Florida).

I debated about calling this cache C = Chuck or L = Lennon, but there are many other places I could drop off a C-cache or an L-cache.

Take care and On-On!

-No Blow

PS I believe the park is open from sunrise to sunset.
