The idea of this event is just a catch up for all the local
cachers. At present the plan is to meet in Telopea Park at around
10am on Sunday morning. The listed location is around the BBQ area.
This event is designed as a meet and greet, hopefully the first
of many. As such I do not have any typical activities planned but
in honour of our guests from Sydney, I do suggest a brush up on
your Geotalk trivia, there may even be coin in it for you...
Shell and I will be arriving around 9:30 to set up and to secure
the facilities. The park has quite a few tables and gas BBQ
facilities if anyone wants to cook lunch.
We will be bringing a stove, a few billys for boiling water,
instant coffee, some tea bags, drinking chocolate, etc. We tried to
bring the cappuccino machine but we have no way of running it! If
you want to bring some nice coffee and a plunger we will be able to
provide you with hot water. If all else fails it is a short walk to
the coffee shop!
