Geocache Description:


With so many WSQ's out in this neck of the woods, I was surprised that a couple of these didn't have a cache in them. I walked the cemetery and visited with many veterans but ended up spending the most time at a unique headstone covered with Red Roses.

The coordinates will take you to the southwest corner of St John's - St James cemetery where you will meet a young man who stands quite proud. He likely shed his red in the last year of WW1, judging from the dates on his gravestone.

To find the final, subtract half of the battalion he served with from the north coordinate and add his perishing age to the west coordinate.

The final cache is not located on or near any gravestones or markers. Please be conscience of where you are and respect any visitor's in the cemeteries.
